Returns and Refunds
In Shopdecor we make sure that your online purchases are safe; for this we use certified electronic payments, accurate packaging and a full guarantee on products. All items in our shop, in fact, pursuant to the consumer code, are covered by a 24-month warranty for lack of conformity in the event that the customer is qualifies as a "consumer" (natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out).
The coverage of the guarantee is reduced to 12 months in all other cases in which the customer does not qualify as a "consumer".
Returns and Exchanges
Return for defects or errors: In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects or does not conform to what was ordered, we undertake to replace the product under warranty and without any further charge.
To exercise this right, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, it is necessary to contact us indicating the references to the order, the details of the defective and / or non-compliant product. Our Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem and we will make the replacement at the same address used for the previous delivery as soon as possible except in the case of unavailability or discontinued production of the product itself. In the event of such a situation, Shopdecor will refund the price of the product.
Return for damage caused during transport
If upon delivery, you find that the packaging is not intact, damaged, wet or otherwise altered, we kindly ask you to immediately write the sentence: "GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE" on the courier waybill, reporting on the same label, in detail, the damage suffered during transport.
As soon as you have received the goods and after having ascertained the presence of damage due to transport, we kindly ask you to let us know, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods: contact us indicating in the email, the order references and details of the damaged goods.
It is necessary that you send us photographic documentation of the packaging received, of the damaged goods so that we can verify the extent of the damage that the products have suffered.
If the courier's document is signed without affixing any "RESERVE", unfortunately you will not be able to make any objection about the damage found on the products.
Once the return has been authorized, we will send you the carrier's prepaid label so that you can return the damaged product to us at no charge. Packages returned cash on delivery, and for which the prepaid label we sent you has not been used, will not be accepted.
The replacement of the products will take place at the same original address indicated in the order as soon as possible.
Important: Returns must be packed in the original packaging and they must always be authorized in advance by Shopdecor Customer Service.
Returned by right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 55 and following of the Legislative Decree n. 206 dated 06 September 2005, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal and request the return of your order, in whole or in part. This right does not apply to products made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
You can choose whether to be refunded or to proceed with an exchange or replacement.

You will then receive by email the prepaid label that you will need to print and apply on the outside of the package, taking care to remove the original label. On the carrier's website, you can then yourself program date and time of pick up at your address. Please remember that the goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging.
We also inform you that we will refund you only the amount corresponding to the total amount of the products purchased, while the costs related to both outward and return shipping will remain at your charge and the outward tax and duty will not be refunded. Shipping cost charged for the return of the goods will be the same as shipping costs initially paid for delivery of the order. In the event that the order has been sent with a promotional code (ex. "free shipping", "flat shipping"), the standard costs related to the return shipment will still be at your charge. In the event that Shopdecor let you have a prepaid return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the full refund. The amount of the shipment will vary according to your address and the type of product; you can check yourself the amount of shipping costs if you add the product to shopdecor checkout.
Reimbursement methods and times
Once the return has been received, our warehouse verifies that product you have returned is intact and compliant with what was expected and they immediately inform the responsible office that will provide the refund. Usually this procedure takes 2-3 days from package receipt. We remind you that the refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer and we will ask you to let us know your bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for refund. Processing and crediting times may be different for each payment method and bank: usually within 4-6 working days. Please remember that as an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a voucher, equal to the amount of the returned item, that you ca use for your further purchases throughout the site and without expiry.
